MKSG is led by a registered nurse and healthcare executive with more than twenty years of senior healthcare leadership. That clinical foundation is what sets us apart: credentialing operations, competency validation, and clinical review are performed in-house — not handed off. When we field a provider, we stand behind that provider’s qualifications.
What we do
We recruit, qualify, credential, place, manage, and sustain healthcare personnel across clinical and administrative labor categories. Privileged and non-privileged. Credentialed and non-credentialed. We support surge requirements, temporary increases in workload, short-term and part-time needs, and sustained staffing — measured against each agency’s Performance Work Statement, fill-rate targets, and quality and timeliness standards.
